31 Years.

Lamebook Love

I don't care, I would make it work.  You would too.

O_o

This whole 3 hour time diffrence/daylight savings thing is rather inconvenient - 2 hours was far easier to work with.  Sort your shit out Queensland, you are not that special.

Wednesday 1/2 Win...

-400g this week.

I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.

The follwing is for the viewing pleasure of Miss Jay Herself.

Miss Perry AND Leopard.

I don't mind taking a peek too.

I just realised...

Andrew W.K are playing BDO 2011. Makes me want to go so bad (even more than before!!) BUT, do I change my flight back to OZ in January and go to the Auckland BDO or book me a flight to Brisbane and go to Gold Coast BDO. If it was based on the heat I would roll Auckland. I wonder if Mr Harris is going...?

This guy is just the icing on top...

Wednesday Win!

4 weeks, 5.2kg lost and 10cm in total.  BMI has dropped 1.7.
Had to ring my mummy this morning just to tell her because I was so excited.
It is a little sad that I had to ring NZ to share my excitement as I have no friends.  Lame.

But still - WIN!

Also - I picked up our new car today.
2002 Holden Commodore.
It is a grown up car, it looks like it should have a car seat in the back.
 It is also real flash.
It is also a Holden, so my Daddy is happy.

I miss my kittehs.

All the better just to please you...

I love to love you...

I got him home for the night last night.  It made me very happy.  Shows up and buzz'z the apartment "booboo can you please let me in".  The boy in random, and it is surprises like that which make me love him so much more.  He is gone again now, but only about 60km away for now - will try and stay with him again this week up there. Happy Feet.

Oishii !!!!!

Sushi Train!
Completly in Love.

I love how their newsletters teach me new Japanese words while I eat their amazing food.

10 things before bed...

1.Hung out with some puppies tonight - well big puppies.  Bull-Arab cross big puppies. Was pretty sweet.  I like them because they are real dogs, they are big.  If you don't like big dogs get a cat, don't get a small dog and pretend that it is a dog.  Just get a cat.  Or a Rabbit, even a mouse.  Call it what it is.  Stop lying.
2. I am tired, matchstick eyes tired.
3. Rorys is 60km away and I cannot get to him.  2 weeks is so much longer than 10 days.
4. 88 more sleeps till home.  I don't even care that it will be Christmas, I get to go home.
5. Totally missing the epic NZ storm.  I love storms
6. Cairns got some rain, now it is 10 degress hotter than it was 60min ago.
7. Researching "Uterine Removals". I swear my uterus has a vendetta against me.
8. 4.5kg down.
9. I miss my friends.
10.  My mum, she rules.

Do you remember that one time I came over to your house...?

So, I just got a whiff of a rumour that the husbands of my 15-year-old self will be touring next year.  BDO'ing it in fact.  I will change my plane tickets AGAIN for that shizz.

Best thing since...

Well actually, since I can slice bread quite competently this is just the best thing. Period.
If you do not own this you should. Nobody likes to look at your greasy roots.
Your greasy roots will love you for it, so will your hair.

It is time for a revival...

Okay, so lets try this again.

Well, we are a little over three months into living in the sweltering heat of Cairns. The tropics suck.

It is 6:41am and Rory has just left for another 2 weeks out at site. My tummy hurts from already missing him.

It gets worse each time, because I get lonelier each time. Making friends in a new City is hard, so much harder the older you are. I don't drink or go to bars or clubs (not that either of those places are any good for making actual friends). Just someone to see a movie with or have a coffee would be nice - my great friends are still back home and I love them to pieces.

I have just been in Brisbane for a few days, was a nice reprieve from the heat and I got to see Mike and Rochelle and Rory got to see his family.

I need a bit more sleep I think, work in a little bit.
